Shift Path is designed to work without an account and without advertising or tracking.
Information stored by the app
Shift Path stores the information you enter—such as rotation settings, schedule changes, notes, leave types, overtime and double-time hours, calendar colors, and pay-cycle settings—locally on your device.
Data collection and sharing
Shift Path does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information. The app does not include third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
Calendar access
If you enable Calendar Sync, Shift Path uses the calendar access you grant through iOS to create and update Shift Path schedule events in the Apple Calendar you select. Sync is one way: events from Apple Calendar are not imported into your Shift Path schedule. Apple or your selected calendar provider may sync those events according to your account and sharing settings.
Exported files
When you export a schedule, Shift Path creates the Excel workbook on your device and lets you choose where to save or share it. Shift Path does not upload or retain a copy.
Data retention and deletion
Your schedule information remains on your device until you edit it, clear it, or delete the app. Deleting the app removes its locally stored data, subject to any device backups managed by Apple and your own backup settings.
Children’s privacy
Shift Path is a general productivity app and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when Shift Path’s features or data practices change. The effective date above will be updated at that time.
